     I have registered my MaxiDas on line but I cannot receive updates because the tool keeps telling me it is not registered. When I try to register from the tool It wont let me sign in and keeps telling me there is a system error. Plz help

     I had the same problem. You have to download new software.
    PC suite for Maxidas V6.16
    Before you do this format your SD card.

     I just did that and I think I lost everything when I formatted the sd card.

     You kan make a copy on your hard disk, but you won't need him.
    After installing the new software you kan perform een update en you get al the software back.
    Otherwise it is possible that you have some software twice on the SD card.

     I must be stupid. I have installed the update application  from cd but when I try, it wants an account name and password. It is not the same as the email I use to sign in on the website. I would be appreciative if you could walk me through the process.  Thanks. Damon

     I WAS stupid. I just restarted the whole process and it seems to be working now. The information is downloading as I post this so I will see what happens. Thanks for your help

     I had the same problem over the weekend and thank you for showing this information and it did help me out and got my system up and running tonight with the information that you have talked about.  At least I was not the only one having the problem.

     Actually it is all about the our tool recognition.

    After you registered your tool in our site in your computer webbrowser, your DS708 does not know what happened in our server, so it will keep on thinking it is not registered. So you need to get an authorization from our server to the card.
    Just load the card to your computer.
    Run PC SUIT V6.17 (always make sure you download the latest version from our site, also the correct version).
    Then you will get an authozation from our server.
    Done.

    You don't need to delete all files in your card.
